Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

FounderKendra ("we", "us") operates founderkendra.com and provides virtual office, business registration, compliance and growth services from Noida, Delhi NCR, India. This policy also covers our related member services hosted on our subdomains — hq.founderkendra.com (Founder HQ) and sangam.founderkendra.com (Sangam, our members-only founder directory) — which share the account system described below. 2. What data we collect

• Enquiry data you give us: name, phone number, email address, service interest and any message you send through our forms or on WhatsApp.
• Communication records: emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes when we contact you about your enquiry or services.
• Sangam verification data: the website URL and publicly listed contact number you submit for membership verification, notes from the verification call, one-time entry codes, and your payment metadata (order/payment ids, amount). The contact number must be one that is already public on your website; we do not use it for marketing.
• Technical data: pages visited and basic device/browser information collected via Google Analytics, used only in aggregate to improve the site.
• KYC / registration documents: collected only when you purchase a service, under a separate service agreement.

3. Why we use your data (purpose)

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
• To contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about your enquiry, onboarding, renewals and service delivery.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations connected to the services (e.g., registrations filed on your behalf).
• To improve our website and services, using aggregate analytics.

4. Lawful basis & consent

We process your data under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 based on your consent (given when you submit a form or contact us) and, where applicable, for the performance of a service contract with you. Submitting a form without ticking the consent box does not send us your data.

5. Who we share it with

Only what is necessary: our partner Chartered Accountants and legal professionals (to deliver registration/compliance services), our CRM and email providers (HubSpot, SendGrid), our hosting providers (Railway, Cloudinary), payment gateways (Razorpay, when payments launch), and government portals where a filing requires it. We never sell your data.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry data that does not convert into a service: deleted after 24 months of last contact. Customer records and filed documents: retained for the period required by applicable law (typically 8 years for financial/tax records). Sangam verification records (submitted numbers, call notes, one-time codes): deleted 30 days after a failed verification or membership lapse; payment metadata is retained as long as the financial records above. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see section 7), subject to statutory retention duties.

7. Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or erase it (withdraw consent for future contact).
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time (every message includes an opt-out).
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over SSL/TLS, stored on access-controlled infrastructure, and handled only by team members who need it to serve you. Payment details, when introduced, are handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway — we never store card numbers.

9. Children’s privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Signup requires a date of birth, and accounts for anyone under 13 are blocked and not created. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@founderkendra.com and we will delete it.

10. DMCA / copyright

Copyright takedown and counter-notice procedures for uploaded material (such as member photos) are described in our DMCA Policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting existing customers will also be communicated directly.
