Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers refunds for services purchased from FounderKendra ("we", "us") — virtual office plans, registrations and compliance services, subscriptions, websites, and consultation packages. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

2. General principles

  • Before work begins: if you cancel a service before we have started any work, you receive a full refund of service fees.
  • After work begins: service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, because professional time and filings cannot be returned.
  • Government & third-party fees: stamp duty, registration fees, and any amounts paid to government departments or partners on your behalf are never refundable once paid.
  • Subscriptions: recurring subscriptions can be cancelled any time before the next renewal date; the running period is not pro-rated unless we state otherwise in writing.

3. Virtual office plans (₹11,000 / 11 months)

  • Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and none of your documents have been used for any application.
  • After documents are issued, the plan is non-refundable — but our remediation guarantee applies (see section 5).
  • If an authority rejects an application solely because of a defect in documents we issued, we correct and re-issue them at no cost — or, if the issue cannot be remedied, refund the fees paid for the plan.

4. Registrations, compliance & websites

  • Company/LLP/GST/MSME/trademark filings: fees are non-refundable once your documents have been submitted to a CA or to any portal.
  • Websites and design work: non-refundable once the build has started; where a project is cancelled mid-way, completed milestones are payable and unstarted milestones are refunded.
  • Consultation packages: unused sessions may be refunded within 30 days of purchase on written request.

5. How to request a refund

  • Email hello@founderkendra.com from your registered email with your invoice/transaction ID and reason.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment account within 7–10 business days. Bank/Gateway timelines may add 2–3 days.
  • Please contact us before raising a bank chargeback — we resolve almost everything directly.
