Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of founderkendra.com and the services offered by FounderKendra ("we", "us"), including virtual office, business registration, compliance and growth services. Specific services may be governed by a separate signed service agreement, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.

2. Virtual office service

  1. The virtual office plan provides a business address at our Noida premises for an 11-month term, renewable yearly.
  2. The plan includes: use of the address for business correspondence, GST registration and bank account opening (subject to the respective institution's approval); a signed agreement; an electricity bill copy; and an NOC.
  3. The plan is for one business entity. Additional entities or physical space are offered separately.
  4. Our documents support your applications, but final approval of any GST registration or bank account rests with the relevant authority.

3. Remediation guarantee

If an application is rejected solely because of an issue with the address documents we issued, we will correct and re-issue them at no cost, or — if the issue cannot be remedied — refund the fees paid for the virtual office plan. This guarantee does not cover rejections caused by your own documentation, business activity, or authority discretion unrelated to our documents.

4. Registration & compliance services

Registrations and filings are executed with partner Chartered Accountants based on information and documents you provide. You are responsible for their accuracy; we are responsible for diligent processing and timelines communicated at engagement. Government fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

5. Payments

Fees are as quoted at the time of purchase. Service fees become non-refundable once work has commenced, except under the guarantee in section 3. Online payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway; we do not store your card details.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use our address for any unlawful activity, regulated activity requiring a separate licence (without informing us), or to misrepresent your business.
  • Do not use the address as your personal residence address.
  • We may suspend services used in violation of law, with notice where practicable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim connected to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by banks, government departments or other third parties.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact legal@founderkendra.com first — most issues resolve the same week.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, with the seat of arbitration at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, and the proceedings conducted in English. You and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of creating your account by emailing legal@founderkendra.com with your account email.
