Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. We deliver digitally

FounderKendra does not sell or ship physical goods. Everything you purchase — agreements, electricity bill copies, NOCs, certificates, filings confirmations, and consultation materials — is delivered digitally to your registered email and WhatsApp number.

2. Delivery timelines

• Virtual office document pack (agreement, electricity bill, NOC): within 48 hours of successful onboarding and verification.
• Filing confirmations & certificates: within 24 hours of the government portal issuing them to us.
• Consultation materials: immediately after the session.

3. Physical mail & courier forwarding

• Postal mail and couriers received at your virtual office address are notified to you within 1 business day.
• On your request, originals are dispatched to your address by courier within 2 business days; typical India delivery is 3–7 days. Courier charges are billed at actuals.
• Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp or email at dispatch.

4. Delays & failed delivery

• If a digital delivery fails (bounced email, undeliverable WhatsApp), we re-send after verifying your contact details.
• If a courier delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, re-dispatch charges apply.
• Government-issued documents can be delayed by the issuing department; we keep you informed of status on request.
