Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Services, not goods

FounderKendra provides services — virtual offices, registrations, compliance, consultation, and digital deliverables. Services cannot be "returned" once delivered. This page explains what can be cancelled, corrected, or re-issued instead.

2. Cancellations

• Before work commences: cancel any order for a full refund of service fees (see our Refund Policy).
• Virtual office plans: cancellations within 48 hours of payment (and before document use) are fully refunded.
• Subscriptions: cancel any time before the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Consultations: reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before the booked slot; missed slots without notice are counted as delivered.

3. Corrections & re-issues (instead of returns)

• Incorrect details on an issued document (name, spelling, entity details)? Tell us within 7 days — we re-issue free of charge.
• If any authority rejects an application solely due to a defect in our documents, we correct and re-issue at no cost, or refund under our remediation guarantee.

4. How to cancel or request a correction

Email hello@founderkendra.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 75799 33316 with your invoice/transaction ID. Cancellations are effective from the time of your written request.
